Consent to the processing of personal data

By sending the completed form, the client agrees to the collection and processing of their personal data to the extent of the provided personal data and their inclusion in the database of the company Citfin, Finanční trhy a.s., ID: 25079069, with its registered office at Radlická 751/113e, 158 00 Prague, Jinonice. The client acknowledges that they have rights guaranteed by Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, in its current version.

In the event that the client enters the data of third parties (shareholders, beneficial owners, etc.) he declares that he has informed these persons about it and obtained their prior consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the company Citfin, Finanční trhy a.s.
